Senior Quantity Surveyor

A multi award winning, national Construction & Property Consultancy in Leeds is looking to add a proactive, engaging Senior Quantity Surveyor to their well established team.
**The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role**
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will work within the thriving cost management team delivering a range of projects including higher education, healthcare, residential, logistics, infrastructure and defence.
The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for managing projects to completion including pre and post contract duties in a client facing role as well as supporting & managing junior team members.
The company have a fantastic proven track record of internal progression and this could be the perfect opportunity for a driven Senior eager to take on more responsibility and step up.
**The Senior Quantity Surveyor**
- A successful track record running projects to completion
- A desire to manage a team
- UK cost management /consultancy experience
- Completed a Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
- MRICS or committed to becoming chartered
