Often our client's complex needs makes it difficult for them to do these things. This is where you come in.

**What is an Intensive Needs Support Worker?**

The role of an Intensive Needs Support Worker focuses on working with individuals who have very complex needs. As part of this role you will be supporting a young woman with mild learning disabilities and complex mental health needs.

Team working and consistency is essential. This role is gender sensitive due to the young lady's needs meaning female staff members only. It requires someone who is willing to work flexibly to meet the young womans needs, supporting them to achieve outcomes. You will also be providing a positive role model for her mental health conditions and challenging behaviours and support to a wider team.

**Would you like to work in a client's home to ensure that they have the support they need to live safely and enjoy life in there own home?**

Serenity provide a highly specialised team with all the support and resources they need to make life rewarding and engaging for their client. You will be part of this bespoke team and work closely on a 2 staff to 1 basis for a complex needs female client in Bracebridge heath on fixed shifts on a two week rolling rota ensuring that you have every other weekend off to recharge your batteries. You will be supported by your team and be expected to support your team in kind.

As well as excellent financial reward this role offers 5 weeks paid holiday and a fixed 2 week rolling rota so you can plan your own life too. You will be based in Bracebridge heath at the yound womans house so no need to worry about being sent half way round Lincolnshire on a daily basis.

The role also offers excellent opportunity for promotion both within this service as senior or coordinator or within the larger organisation as a Service Manager.
