**Hours per week: Monday, Saturday, Sunday - 21:00 - 09:00 - 36 hours per week**

**Role Overview**

We are currently recruiting for a Security Officer to join our passionate and driven Security team based at our client’s site in Waltham Cross.
This is a Security Officer Position working within a large Distribution Centre for one of the largest retailers in the UK.

Duties include:

- Gatehouse / Reception
- Access and Egress
- Patrolling
- Visitor Access
- Key control
- CCTV Monitoring
- Vehicle and Person Searches

Fixed shift pattern of 3x nights per week. Frequent optional overtime opportunities with pay enhancements for overtime hours worked.

**Valid SIA required, as well as being able to commit to the shift offered (Saturday, Sunday and Monday, 21:00-09:00)**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- You will be providing an efficient and effective Security Service, ensuring high standards are delivered and maintained across the site.
- Managing the access and egress of the site completing logs where required.
- Regular site patrols, check calls and reporting of incidents.
- Acting as a visual deterrent to prevent crime and disorder that may delay the project.
- Responding to emergency situations in an effective manner.

**About You**:

- SIA Door Supervisor License is essential.
- A Full UK Driving License and own vehicle will be highly beneficial pending your location.
- Customer-facing Security Officer experience is essential.
- Experience providing exceptional customer service to customers.
- High levels of professional Integrity.
- Flexible approach to overtime required.
- Good timekeeping is essential.
- Computer literate.
- Willingness to develop and learn new skills.
- Working as part of a team.
