**Job Title**:Verification Specialist - Finance

**Location**:Manchester, Hybrid

**Starting Salary**:£25,000 per annum

An amazing opportunity has arisen in our client's financial firm, based in Trafford Park, Manchester. They are seeking Verification Specialists to join their dynamic team of professionals. This is a hybrid role with the expectation of two days a week in the Trafford Park (Manchester) office, once training is complete.

**Responsibilities Include**:

- Requesting client’s wage slips and other proof of income/expenditure/creditor/other additional information.
- Liaising with customers to resolve issues such as missing information, queries on cases etc.
- Manage Inbound/ Outbound Customer Calls where required.
- General administration duties

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills and experience within the customer service industry.
- Administrative Experience.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Ability to work remotely and maintain a high level of productivity.
