EFM are recruiting for full time permanent **Fleet VOR Administrator** to join our Team in Sharston, Manchester M22 4TE.

**The Fleet VOR Administrator will have the following tasks**
- Identify and allocate replacement vehicles.
- Liaise with workshops (internal and external) to book work with them.
- Actively Chase workshops on a daily basis to ensure a quick and effective VOR turn around is met.
- You will need to understand, priorities and identify services which are classed as warranty, damage, and or recharge. (Full training will be provided).

As an **Fleet VOR Administrator**, your role is integral, responding to calls from our customers who could have broken down at the roadside, they may have a none urgent defect to report or have a general enquiry. It’s down to our Fleet VOR team and effectively deal with the call and deploy the resources to meet our customer needs.
- Are you customer-service orientated, with a positive professional manner
- The ability to assess data quickly and accurately process
- Excellent communication is essential
- Good IT skills
- You love working as part of a team
- Have an attention to detail

Ideally you will have previous experience working within a fast-paced contact centre, but if you have no experience training is available. If you have the skills to be empathetic and wish for a career with a difference
