Property Accountant

**Overview**
An excellent opportunity has become available for a Commercial Property Accountant to work within a leading property business who are currently going through a period of growth following a recent acquisition.
**About The Role**
The role is part of a small finance team and the Commercial Property Accountant team has responsibility for the full portfolio of properties and duties will include processing supplier invoices, dealing with supplier queries and weekly payment runs. You willbe required to carry out complex reconciliations and reporting on expenditure and budget vs actual.
**Key duties**:
- Management accounts
- Reconciliations
- Processing supplier invoices
- Service charge and rent collections (a firm but diplomatic approach is key)
- Annual service charge invoicing
- Work closely with the Property Manager and manage client queries and build long-term relationships
- Assist with Year End
- Other ad hoc duties as required and cover for other members of the team
