**Online Performance Marketing Manager, Aylesbury - Hybrid Working**

This is the perfect role for a digital native, an expert in managing multi-facetted digital marketing campaigns across an international level at a digital marketing agency or client side.

An established global company are on the lookout for a Digital Marketing expert who can maximise the performance of all owned, paid and earned campaign activities across Europe. Devising, pitching and executing digital strategy will be second nature.

You’ll have a strong grasp of all paid channels and be obsessive about customer journey tracking and landing page optimisation using insights from Google Analytics. You must be prepared to be operational in adwords, keyword research tools and CMS but alsocomfortable managing people and agencies.

**You will be tasked with**:

- Customer journey tracking, landing page and UX / UI optimisation
- Helping transforming how the business engages with end-users through data driven campaigns
- Delivering direct and customer revenue growth across product categories, executing PPC, affiliate, SEO and UI initiatives
- Partner with the online, brand and regional teams to build personas and content marketing initiatives
- Roll out, administer and service our own Affiliate Marketing Programme
- Execute regional performance campaigns across European markets against conversion KPI goals
- Partner with online brand managers and the Content Specialist to deliver SEO optimized content to support new product launches and drive visitors to identified categories

**Knowledge and Experience**:

- Proven experience within a digital marketing / digital optimisation role, at an operational and strategic level
- Experience using Google tools to track customer journey: GA4, google AdWords, Analytics + more
- Demonstrable knowledge/experience of paid search implementation and strategy
- Demonstrable knowledge/experience of SEO campaign implementation and strategy
- Demonstrable knowledge/experience of Social channel management
