The Role
Position: SEN Recruitment Consultant
Location: Plymouth Office, Full-time
**Salary**: £25,283.00 - £30,038.30
Contract Type: Permanent with a 12-week probation period
You are not required to have experience in this sector, so long as you bring your energy and willingness to learn to the table. You will join a thriving team covering a specialist sector of special educational needs and will support an experienced team of recruiters and have the opportunity for career development and progression - will be right there, supporting and cheering you on.
What will you be doing?
- Delight your customers through strong relationship building and delivery of best quality administrative support to teachers and teaching assistants
- Create and publish job adverts and interviewing alongside experienced Recruitment Consultants
- Be a data input and data management wizard
A Day in the Life:
Your typical day as a Recruitment Consultant will be dynamic and fast-paced. From conducting educator interviews to liaising with schools in school service reviews and collaborating with colleagues, each day presents new challenges and opportunities to make a difference. Our shifts range from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with adjusted hours during the summer holidays to ensure work-life balance.Who we are looking for:
