**Responsibilities**
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for residential and commercial projects.
- Analyse drawings, specifications, and scope documents to produce accurate pricing.
- Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to gather and evaluate quotations.
- Support tender submissions.
- Assist with project cost plans.
- Source and procure construction materials, plant, and subcontractor services.
- Negotiate best value deals while ensuring quality and reliability.
- Manage purchase orders and track deliveries against project timelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.
- Keep material cost databases up to date and in line with market rates
**What we are looking for**
- Strong administrative background
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with numbers and pricing data
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Experience in estimating, quoting, or construction admin (desirable but not essential)
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role.
**Salary and Benefits**:
- £35,000 starting salary

- No weekends
