So, what’s in it for you?
- An hourly rate from **£9.85** for morning shift, **£10.68** for afternoon shifts and **£11.15** for night shift, taking your target earnings to **£22,232.60** for days and **£23,762.96** for nights. We also provide shift premiums for those working in the frozen food chamber
- **Overtime** rates between **£13.80 - £15.41**:
- A **£500 new starter bonus payment** (£150 paid after 4 weeks service with the remaining £350 paid after successful probation)
- **Performance bonus** of up to £70 per week

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:
- Work in any of our three chambers - ambient, chilled, and frozen
- Pick goods using a voice system and load them onto pallets and cages using ‘low level order picker trucks’- full training will be provided
- Support in the loading and unloading of vehicles
