Private PA - international interior designer. This is both a private and business role which will require a mix of skill, EI and a desire to work with a very successful creative individual.

An exacting and hugely interesting role has arisen for a first class Private PA with excellent business skills and outstanding organisaitonal skills and a background supporting a demanding creative individual.

This is a role which will require 24/7 support (the individual travels 3 - 4 months of the year so this need with fluctuate)

Managing a hugely busy and changeable diary, laising with clients and scheduling on a global scale across multiple time zones. Managing contact database and updating. Keeping a daily to do list and completing detailed research before meetings and collatingrelevant presentation/paperwork. Liasing with suppliers and dealing with PR/social media & creative writing and all social media platforms (experience in this area is essential)

Running the private diary with all meetings, travel arrangements including private jets, yeachts and managing transfers. Composing a detailed itinerary and research on new destinations. Dealing with household staff, household managment, contractors and dayto day shopping lists.

Assisting wit household maintenance services, flowers and payment f domestic staff personal filing and spending.

Personal shopping, fashion, beauty, fiting and online shopping, running occasional errancs and thank you notes.

This is an office based role for an enrgised and positive person used to a fast paced and demaning role. Resilient and confident and able to juggle many things at once.

Always interesting and inclusive you must have excellent experience supporting an individual in both a private and business capacity within a creative (or similar) industry to hit the ground running.
