We are looking for motivated and dynamic forward-thinking applicants who will support our clients in line with our ethos. Working closely with South Ribble Housing Options Team, outcomes will be achieved through working from a trauma-informed approach in a psychologically informed environment.

Clients will have unmet needs i.e: drug and alcohol issues and offending backgrounds. We aim to keep evictions from the accommodation to an absolute minimum and will use a restorative approach to deal with issues amongst the clients and the neighbors.

You do not need to have previous experience in this role, as full training will be given, although being able to communicate with clients in a focused, and solution-based way is important.

It is essential that applicants have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle, mileage allowance is paid. Alternatively, use of an Electric Scooter or Bike (this could be purchased through our salary sacrifice scheme).

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £12.60 per hour

Expected hours: 15 per week
