As our business continues to grow we are seeking a motivated individual to join our brilliant team as an Order Fulfilment & Customer Service Advisor. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in our modern office environment, where you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service whilst also ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our order fulfilment process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately and efficiently pick and pack orders for shipment, this requires a high level of attention to detail.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the order fulfilment processes.
- Engage with customers over the phone to process orders, address inquiries, and nurture relationships.
- Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions, cultivating a positive experience for every client.
- Utilize computer systems and software to manage orders and maintain accurate records.
- Continuously strive for excellence in customer service, seeking opportunities to enhance the customer experience and exceed expectations.

**Skills**:

- Strong numeracy, literacy, communication, and organizational skills.
- Dexterity and attention to detail essential for accurate order picking and packing.
- Professional telephone manner with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues.
- Prior experience in administrative, customer service, or order picking roles is preferable.
- Computer literacy
- Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and contributing to a positive team culture.
