Trainee Advanced Clinical Practitioner

Work with a degree of autonomy and complex decision making Undertake advanced clinical assessment appropriate to level of training. Work collaboratively and cooperatively with clinical colleagues to develop services and quality of care delivered by providing clinical knowledge and skills and undertaking advanced clinical practice with an appropriate level of supervision Develop and maintain effective communication systems to ensure staff receive and contribute information regarding Trust and professional issues and developments. To work with internal and external agencies To attend and chair meetings required by the service To work according to Trust values, policies and procedures Participate in developing clinical policies, guidelines, service plans and pathways for self and others based on evidence based practice. Assist in the education, training, supervision and support of colleagues, junior staff and students.
