**Key Job Areas of the **Customer Consultant **role**:

- Build rapport and create a bespoke customer experience
- Co-ordinate workshop activity to deliver agreed work
- Develop relationships to win new business
- Respond to queries from new/existing customers from multiple channels
- Maintain up to date knowledge on manufacturer vehicles and product options
- Follow sales processes to ensure compliance
- Work as a full member of the dealership team

**What we’re looking for in a **Customer Consultant**:

- Previous experience in Sales/Customer Service
- Ability to successfully use persuasiveness/negotiation techniques
- Knowledge of sales principles and methods
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work on own initiative or with minimum supervision
- Excellent communication, administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent customer service/people skills, delivery services to high standards
- Polite, calm and approachable personality
- Flexible ‘can do’ approach
