We are searching for a **Supervisor** to work alongside our Assistant Store Manager in our new Camden Town store This is a key role in managing the store in all aspects of retail operations and ensuring the sales team provides exceptional customer service that meets POP MART’s standards.
**Responsibilities**
- Act as the store-in-charge, overseeing all aspects of store operations
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
- Train and supervise the sales team, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop strategies for achieving sales targets
- Closely monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the merchandising team and management for replenishment
- Control stock discrepancy by monitoring inventory levels and preventing shoplifting
- Own visual merchandising. Ensure the store tidiness and cleanliness are maintained at the highest level
- Manage the cashier point’s daily opening and closing procedures
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates
- Perform administrative tasks such as rota scheduling and sales reporting
- Be available to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
**Required Qualifications**
- Fluent in professional English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive with strong customer service skills to provide a memorable shopping experience
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising a team
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as rota scheduling and reporting
- Effective time management and task prioritization abilities
- Team-oriented with the ability to motivate and inspire others
**Desirable but Not Essential**
- Multi-lingual language ability
- Retail management experience from department stores or concession counters
