**Your mission**
- Provide support for BAM’s Digital Vision, Regional and Project digital objectives using 3D, 4D and 5D in accordance with relevant industry and company standards (training available)
- Be a role model/ambassador in the use of digital technologies and keep abreast of technological advances by monitoring industry developments.
- Undertake self-motivated learning of Digital Construction Technologies and their benefits to the project team.
- Understanding the project information processes and identifying digital solutions using lean methodologies.
- Support the team with setup, management, and training of information management systems (training provided)
- Capture best practices, workflows, lessons learned and communicate it within the project team.
- Provide training and technical support in the use of technology to site teams.
- Person specification - What skills, qualifications or attributes are you looking for in your ideal applicant? Divide these up between what is necessary and what would be an advantage.

**Who are we looking for?**

Necessary:

- Successful completion of HND/HNC programme, apprenticeship or attainment of degree in Civil/Digital engineering or similar.
- Good communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to use time productively, maximise efficiency and meet challenging work goals.
- Ability to work independently and under own initiative.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Digital Literacy.

Advantages but not requirements:

- Experience in 3D Modelling.
- Any experience in the following software: AutoCAD, Revit, BIM 360, ProjectWise
- Awareness of ISO 19650, BS1192.
- Understanding of construction methods.
- Construction site experience.
- Understanding of digital construction methods and/or data management.

**Your work environment**

Initial placement will be at a project in Plymouth however our Region covers Southern England and Wales, and travel and living away are a requirement of the role due to it being site based.
