**Marketing Executive**

We are looking for an individual that has a marketing, business or CIM qualification or has previous work experience of at least 2 years in a marketing or design environment.

You will be working closely with our Strategic Development Director to lead on the progression of marketing, brand and website development, social media engagement and communications both internally and externally for the firm.

The role will be predominantly remote with some hybrid office working expected as and when the business requires.

**The role**

Typical tasks that you will be expected to undertake include:

- Support or lead in a range of ad-hoc projects developed by or in conjunction with the Strategic Development Director
- Create and write marketing material for said projects and deliver in successfully sourcing material within budgets
- Work with our suppliers and/or coordinate commercial transactions with related parties to satisfy project requirements and budgets
- Working with new and existing stakeholders to generate website traffic and/or business
- Content planning & SEO strategy delivery
- Designing and managing social media activity (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok)
- Ensuring search engine optimisation to maximise traffic
- Building website pages and updating content
- Managing Social Media Ad campaigns
- Managing Google Ad campaigns

**You will be or have**:

- Ability to come up with creative ideas
- The ability to create and write marketing material for projects (desirable)
- Proven track record using segmentation, workflows and automations to nurture leads and drive conversion
- Confident with interpreting data, numbers & reporting back to provide insights into the performance of your campaigns to rest of the team/clients
- Strategic thinking and a proactive approach
- Engaging and motivating personality
- Ability to deliver high-quality work quickly, in a dynamic organisation under time pressure
- Excellent verbal, written and visual communications
- Self-motivated and self-managing with ability to take initiative
- Working with people and organisations to achieve objectives
- Creating compelling resources/materials both on and offline
- Adobe Creative Cloud/Adobe Suite experience
- Commitment to the objectives of the organisation
- Confident and articulate
- Strong team player
- Proactive, can-do attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Valid UK driver's licence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £27,500.00-£30,000.00 per year
