**OVERVIEW**

At Harnham we're working with a global telco in hiring 30+ Software Engineers within a brand new division dedicated to building scalable solutions across their business.

It's a greenfield project and will involve building a brand new marketplace and working with the latest in modern technologies.

There is a very collaborative culture in place and you will help create an innovative environment as they look to transform their digital enterprise.

**THE ROLE**

You will be:

- Working very closely with the Director of Software Engineering and Engineering Managers
- Building integrated and scalable solutions
- Helping to shape and lead a culture of innovation and collaboration
- Creating back-end distributed APIs
- Working within a big data and distributed environment
- Work extensively with Java, Spring, Docker, AWS (and Kafka)

**SKILLS AND EXPERTISE**

You must have:

- 3-4 years of industry experience in a Software Engineering role
- Strong experience in Java and Spring / Springboot
- Strong understanding of Microservices architecture and RESTful services
- Cloud experience in AWS is desirable (Kafka is also great)
- Experience in Kubernetes is a bonus
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines
- TDD and BDD

**SALARY**

In this role you could earn up to £70,000 + benefits.
