We are looking for an Employee Relations Advisor to join our fantastic HR team working across our UK regional Aviation sites.

As a member of the Employee Relations team, you will be responsible for delivering, a high quality and consistent ER/HR advisory and support service to employees and managers.

You will be proficient and knowledgeable in supporting and working on a wide range of people related activity including but not limited to discipline, grievance, TUPE, consultations, absence management and maternity.

This person will have the ability to collaborate with a variety of people across the business, ensuring that support is provided to aid Wilson James in achieving its overall aims and objectives whilst mitigating and manging any identified people or commercial risk. This will be done by utilising your understanding and recognition of internal policies and procedures, ACAS guidance and relevant employment and case law.

**What we can offer you**:

- Salary of £31,500 per annum
- 40 hours per week, inclusive of a paid lunch break
- Flexible / Hybrid working options - 60% (3 days) at Gatwick and then 40% (2 days) at home
- Business travel to regional Airport's will be a feature - accommodation & expenses will be covered
- 22 days annual leave rising by 1 per year to 25.

**What we need from you**:

- HR experience at a similar level, within a proven background of managing employee relations matters such as grievances, absence reviews etc
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholder at all levels
- Excellent organisation skills with the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines
- Effective team member who demonstrates flexibility in support of the overall team
