**Position**:
PFAS are delighted to be recruiting for **TWO Assistant Unit Co-ordinators** who have excellent **receptionist, customer service and administration skills **to join the team working in our Assessment Centre in Norwich. The role will be **Part-time on site at Norwich.**

**Working Hours**

**We are looking for two applicants to work 20hrs per week;
**Position 1**

**Mon & Tue - 08:15 - 16:45**

**Wed - 08:30 - 12:30**

**Position 2**

**Wed - 12:30 - 16:30**

**Thu & Fri - 08:15 - 16:45**

As the **Assistant Unit Co-ordinator **you will be in a client facing role working alongside a team of clinical colleagues to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the centre.

**Duties will include;**
- Monitoring and overseeing the administrative tasks of the centre;
- Regularly liaising with clinical and non-clinical colleagues at various UK locations;
- Managing client appointments;
- Meeting and greeting people politely and recording attendance on our bespoke databases.

**Requirements**:
To be considered for this role, you must have customer service/reception experience and be confident in dealing with the general public in difficult situations. Experience of working in a clinical environment would be an advantage, but training will be provided.
