**What will I be doing?**
The Trainee Infrastructure Engineer is responsible for all on-site service and support needs for their customers. This relates to all technology, including workstations, servers, printers, networks, and vendor-specific hardware and software, Office 365 andSharePoint. You will also carry out Project work.
You will start off in a trainee position working closely with other established Client Facing Infrastructure Engineers and doing most of your learning on the job. You will be expected to do any additional learning in your own time to secure a pass when sittingthe final assessments.

**Am I right for the role?**
Although this is a trainee position you will be expected to have a strong 2nd Line experience with knowledge of Networking and System Administration. As this is a field-based role you must be able to drive. A car will be provided as part of the package. Youwill be looking for a challenge and an opportunity to develop your technical skills, qualifications and your career with a forward-thinking company that is continuing to expand.
Minimum Requirements
- Strong 2nd Line Support knowledge (2-3+ years experience)
- Knowledge of Networking & System Administration
- Full Driving Licence
- Experience working within an MSP
