**Group IT Infrastructure Manager - Gainsborough - £45k-£55k DOE**

We are recruiting for an enthusiastic Group IT Infrastructure Manager who will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer. As Group IT Infrastructure Manager, you will manage and lead on all aspects of IT infrastructure and processes for the group,use creative technical knowledge to support, identify and develop systems and processes across all business areas, and be responsible for leading IT projects across the business and engaging all stakeholders ensuring that infrastructure, security, operations,and support requirements are considered and met.

**The role of Group IT Infrastructure Manager**
- Maintenance and development of all aspects of IT for the group not limited to, software, hardware, infrastructure, projects, management of change, training, and budgets responsible for
- Accountable for the scoping, estimating, and planning for single or multiple projects or work streams. Facilitating decision making across stakeholders (including Delivery and Operations teams) including scope, detail of individual requirements and biggerpicture approaches to the solution
- Engaging with operational business area colleagues, understanding their requirements, and aligning these with system deliverables
- Writing business case documents and presenting system change document to stakeholders
- Intrinsically working with all departments to ensure that communication and operations continue effectively
- Managing existing third-party IT provider relationships
- Networking for new IT provider relationships which will enhance the IT service offering for the business
- Recommend system change and continually assess where new and updated technologies can add value to the business
- Liaise with finance closely to ensure budgets and control measures are managed to company process
- Provide liaison, training, IT support and bespoke reporting for the company CRM database for all users as and where required
- Create performance reports on a weekly/monthly basis displaying activities, KPI’s, SLA’s management information, highlights, and lowlights
- Adhere to the Site Health & Safety policy along with all other policies in all work activities
- Periodic review and amend, if necessary, all third-party agreements with suppliers for IT and systems
- Any other duties as determined by the role
- A-Level or equivalent. Ideally qualified to degree level (or equivalent) in a computer related discipline and have a professional IT qualification such as a Professional Diploma or accredited practitioners’ certificate(s) or working towards.
- Have recent IT support experience including Windows 10 and Server 2016, and newer
- Experience of managing large scale IT infrastructure and projects, including IT procurement of hardware and software
- Experience using SAP Windows, Azure, AWS, PowerBi, Office 365 Admin
- Change management experience with internal and external stakeholders and experience of delivering IT projects within a diverse environment
- Experience of managing teams
- Have a driving licence, as frequent travel to other group sites is essential. Duties may also involve working outside of normal working hours.
