Mortgage Advisor

We are recruiting for career-driven Outbound Sales Advisor to work for an award-winning Lender based in Manchester City Centre. Due to company growth, they are looking to expand their team with experienced, money-motivated sales professionals. You must bestudying for your CeMAP Level 1 as a minimum, Level 2 & 3 will be funded for you. You will receive a fantastic basic salary of £26,800 - increasing to £32,000 once fully CeMAP qualified and length of service. With an OTE up to £50,000.

You will be working for an outstanding organisation who have been shortlisted for the MEN Business of the Year Award - 2019 and has been ranked in the Sunday Times Fast Track 100 - twice. Located in the heart of the city centre, next to excellent transportlinks.

**The Package Mortgage Advisor**:

- £26,800 rising to £32,000 once CeMAP qualified
- Currently trailing 4 days a week working

**Duties for the Mortgage Advisor**:

- Following up on warm leads
- Discussing different lending options available
- Diary management
- Sending out correspondence
- Pipeline management
- Objection handling

**Skills for the Mortgage Advisor**:

- Experience working as the following - Outbound Sales Advisor, Secured Loans Advisor, 2nd Charge Mortgage Advisor, Sales Executive, Loan Advisor or similar
- You must have proven outbound Sales experience
- CeMAP Level 1 required (or Studying for it)
- Educated to GCSE level
