Our ethos is to repair not replace and we work with 100’s of customers daily to ensure their LOLER, PUWER and installation needs are met compliantly.

Beaucare Service Division:

- Supplies a vast range of equipment throughout the care sector and individual consumers
- Manage pre planned maintenance schedules for the care sector, both individual homes and groups
- Prides itself in excellent customer liaison and response, both in sales and after sales services
- Offers a knowledgeable and dedicated service team
- Supports its customers with a fully qualified engineering team
- Has coverage of the whole of the UK

Beaucare is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Service Administrator to join our Service team. With Beaucare’s fantastic growth, new and exciting positions have arisen. Key Duties:

- Use Simpro Software to manage engineer diaries
- Processing and sending customer quotations, invoices and certificates
- Sourcing parts for repairs following engineer visits
- Calling customers to book in pre-planned maintenance visits
- Building relationships with customers
- Updating customer portals with relevant details following engineer visits
- Complete customer contracts and send new account forms

**Salary**: £22,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Harrogate, HG2 8PA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
