**Location - London / Remote**

We are currently looking for a Settlements Administrator on a 3-month contract in London. This is a key role working within a busy Settlements Team. The role requires a diverse knowledge of the settlement of various market products such as gilts, European governmentbonds, money market instruments and collateral management.
**The key activities in this role include**:

- To provide operational support of day-to-day processing within the Settlements area with all operations to be processed accurately, securely and on time
- Resolving any issues with banks and counterparties promptly
- Processing Gilt Repo transactions
- Processing Euro Government and FX transactions
- Processing collateral management
- Confirming trades with market counterparties on products such as repo plus Local Authority and MM deposits
- Processing the daily Investment Management cash flows
- Confirming daily transactions relating to the Cash Lending portfolio trades with the counterparty
- Processing trades through Easyway
- Ensuring price feeds have fed correctly
- Identifying areas of improvement where necessary

**Essential Experience**:

- Minimum of 1 years' experience with Crest and exposure to the gilt markets.
- Experience of Easyway/Euroclear settlement in relation to European Government Bonds.
- Experience of Collateral Management processing
- Experience of dealing with market participants and demonstrating good communication skills
- Experience of clearing FX Swaps
- Experience of CREST reconciliation

**Knowledge**:

- Demonstrable knowledge of settlements processes within the UK Gilt and T Bill markets
- Demonstrable knowledge of processing Money Market trades such as deposits, loans and CP's
