Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
- Communicate effectively with consumers in English
- Analyse consumer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Assist consumers with issues
- Conduct data entry accurately and efficiently
- Uphold phone etiquette standards while interacting with consumers
- Utilise our legal advisors to ensure correct support is given at all times
**Experience**:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyse consumer requirements and offer suitable recommendations
- Proficient in data entry tasks with attention to detail
- Prior experience in customer service roles is preferred
