**Regional Health and Safety Manager**

**Location**: East of England Region
**Salary**: £48K - £55K per annum + Benefits & Allowances
**Contract**: Full time, permanent

We provide critical and time-bound services to the Ministry of Justice and are looking for facilities management professionals that can make a difference to the sites and the people we are responsible for.

**We’re four years young and growing in the provision of our onsite solutions to the prison service and want applicants with**:

- The relevant Health & Safety qualifications, including minimum NEBOSH Certificate, NEBOSH Diploma/ NVQ 5 or equivalent and CIMOSH or equivalent
- Experience in working with a wide range of stakeholders and interested parties including senior operational leads, prison service operational leads, technical leads, specialist consultants and supply chain partners
- The ability to solve complex health and safety problems in a timely manner, exploring costs, risk and benefits with a backdrop of wider considerations such as diversity and sustainability
- The management of safety improvement projects, overseeing diverse complex teams and stakeholders and the management of resources delivering quality cost and programme targets
- The experience to work effectively, influence stakeholders and interested parties and maintain collaborative and professional partnerships up to Director level
- 3-5 years in a similar role providing health and safety support; building service, facilities management or M&E sector
- High levels of theoretical, operational and procedural experience and skill, including writing, reviewing, explaining and presenting complex information and procedures
