We are working with one of Kent's leading Architectural practices that are on the lookout for an Architect to join their multi-award-winning team near Sevenoaks
The team in this practice strives to provide an enthusiastic, supportive, and collaborative working environment where every member of staff receives support and exposure to projects in order to progress with careers.
Due to being a multi-disciplinary practice (Architects, Landscape Architects, Masterplanners and Interior Designers), you will work together on a diverse range of award-winning projects within the public and private sectors. These projects vary from blue light,commercial, and mixed-use, to residential, leisure and hospitality, and education.
The role will involve working directly with one of the Project Directors on the design and development of projects, from conception to completion. You will be leading a team of Architectural Technicians and Assistants while also collaborating with an externaldesign team, as sub-consultants. This is primarily for larger schemes such as educational and commercial projects.

ARB Architect / Project Lead:

- Must be fully qualified
- Lead the Design Team comprising Architectural Assistants and Technicians
- Project lead in a variety of sectors - residential, mixed-use, commercial, education, blue light, etc.
- Attend and organise client meetings to present reports, designs and visuals
- Review project programs and give feedback
- Take accountability for feasibility studies, strategies and forecasts
- Lead the briefing process - room data sheets
- Ensure the Architectural team is producing all necessary information for relevant statutory authorities
- Work closely with the Director
- Contribute to the development and use of ArchiCAD/BIM models
- Attend site visits/site inspections/meetings - DTMs
- Prepare and present construction drawings

The salary for this position depends on abilities and previous experience - £35K - £43K.
