Streetworks Inspector

Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council is looking to recruit a Streetworks Inspector to the Streetworks Team within the Traffic Services Section.

This is an excellent professional opportunity with the successful applicant helping to play a key role in ensuring the Authority's duties under the New Roads and Streetworks Act and Traffic Management Act are properly discharged.

The permanent full-time position is based at Sardis House, Pontypridd, however, the role will require you to travel extensively around the County Borough. A Council vehicle will be provided, therefore it is essential that the successful applicant holds a full valid driver’s license.

Employment hours are 37 hours a week under the flexible working hours scheme, with 25 days annual leave (rising to 30 days after 5 years), and the opportunity to join the Local Government Pension Scheme and staff benefits card.
