We are recruiting a Site HSE Supervisor to join our Site Management Team focused on the steel installation activities. As a Site HSE Supervisor, you will lead safety and promote best practices. provide the technical HSE support to the site in order to ensure the safe delivery of the day, compliance with the organization’s standards, good industry practices and local legislative requirements where applicable. You will drive the HSE performance improvement of the site within your area of responsibility. This includes visible personal leadership on HSE matters, setting of standards, regular reviews of performance and implementing improvements where required.

**Key Responsibilities**:
The role will require:

- The Construction Site HSE Supervisor is responsible for acting as the Project Team's constructive leader and advisor on HSE issues.
- Encourage the adoption of best practices with a passionate HSE culture that inspires positive commitment from all employees and involves them in ongoing HSE performance improvement.
- Preparation of HSE daily reports both internally and for our clients
- Provision of HSE support and advice to the installation team
- Support the workforce to reduce H&S risks.
- Strong communication and organizational abilities with the ability to build relationships, maintain effective networks, and be results-focused while tempering it with a team-centered approach.
- A demonstrated track record of working within highly regulated workplaces with high safety standards and culture.

**Here’s What You’ll Need**:

- Minimum NEBOSH General Certificate, Construction Certificate.
- HNC or equivalent qualification in a relevant technical discipline is desirable
- Member of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) is desirable.
- Operational knowledge of current HSE legislation associated with multi-discipline construction work.
- SMSTS and Temporary Works training will be desirable.
- Good communication skills and the ability to develop a network and working relationships with other groups involved in project delivery.
- Must be experienced in managing site subcontractors and experience of accident investigation and reporting.
