Ifa Administrator: Client Relationship Support

**The Company**: Nationally renowned and highly reputed wealth management firm who are looking to recruit an experienced IFA Administrator into their Leeds city centre site to specialise on the 'Client Relationship’ side of the business. Followinga national restructure to their back-office support teams are now looking for a consultative, yet experienced admin support head that can service their private wealth focused adviser-base and clientele.
**The Role**:Private wealth focused admin support role working within a team of 4 supporting financial advisers covering a Yorkshire geographic. Duties & responsibilities include:
- Monitoring and follow-up of specific pipeline cases & assistance with New Business input
- Assistance with preparation of client review/valuation packs and liaison
- Processing new business, and ongoing administration of client records
- Assist with upkeep and monitoring of associated media such as corporate business websites and promotional websites such as LinkedIn etc
- Assist with the dealing & coordination of internal/external post & related business communications
- Assist in campaign & marketing activities & coordinate client data & MI as required
- Ensure that you have a thorough understanding of compliance & TCF requirements
- Ensure that customers are receiving the highest standard of service, being treated fairly and highlight any situations where you believe this is not the case
- Deciding exactly how to present management information and how this should be used to best effect in liaison with Management, as well as the Administration & Paraplanning teams
- Deciding the content of client review packs and ensuring these are complete and to the standard required
- Determine which systems to update with servicing information and what follow up actions, if any, need to be initiated
- General upkeep of all admin & reporting systems to ensure all business operational requirements can be tracked and produce relevant MI and client data as required
**Flexible working**:Yes -Flexibility to work from home 2 days per week, 3 days in the office
**The Benefits**: 26 days holiday + stats, 10% non-contributory pension, 4xDIS, Private Medical Insurance, full study support to Diploma/Chartered and a bonus of 10-15% paid annually
**The Person**:Will ideally come from an IFA/wealth management background and have exposure to supporting IFA’s/financial advisers in a technical admin capacity for the last 1/2 years (minimum). Must have knowledge across investments, pensionsand protection/life cover focused administration and be really comfortable supporting HNW clientele with substantial AUM and complex financial planning needs.
