**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and optimise our CRM system to ensure accurate customer data, efficient lead nurturing, and effective communication with prospects and customers.
- Assist in planning and executing social media marketing campaigns across various platforms to increase brand visibility, engagement, and audience growth.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement PPC advertising strategies to drive targeted traffic and conversions.
- Create compelling visual assets and graphics to support marketing campaigns, social media posts, and website content.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for improved marketing performance.
- Analyse marketing data and key metrics to provide insights and recommendations for optimising campaigns and improving ROI.
- Assist in coordinating marketing events, webinars, and promotional activities as needed.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices in CRM, social media, PPC advertising, and graphic design.

**Requirements**:

- 1 year previous experience as a Marketing Assistant or similar role, with a focus on CRM management
- Solid understanding and hands-on experience in social media marketing across popular platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics.
- Proven track record in planning and implementing successful PPC advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and/or social media advertising platforms.
- Basic graphic design skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an eye for detail.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
