**Love to Save Energy**
Love to Save Energy install boilers, insulation, solar panels etc to customers, which are usually **free **or heavily subsidised. Love to Save Energy and going through a growth phase and 2022 looks to be a busier year.
For this reason, we’re looking for more DEA/Energy Assessors/surveyors.
DEA/Energy Assessors/surveyors will assess and record property details allowing the team to create solutions for Love to Save Energy’s customers. After training, you will survey properties for cavity wall/loft /floor insulation, boilers, central heating systems/solar panels
**The person**
The DEA/Energy Assessors/surveyors works as part of a team with the objective of generating solutions to domestic households.
The role is field-based, working from home and will normally be responsible for a defined geographical area.
The majority of their work is planned in the Contact centre and delivered remotely to you.
Using the company’s field sales computer system, you will review and identify the customer’s needs. As a part of this process they need to identify and discuss exact requirements with the customer to establish the appropriate solution.
The DEA/Energy Assessors/surveyors will be required to complete an Insulation/Boiler Technical Survey with full detail for the customer and Installer so the job can be completed to fulfil our customers' expectations.
As the main aim of the role is to achieve high customer service, complete safety, profitable sales targets and performance standards set by Management, the job holder must have excellent communications, interpersonal skills and computer literacy linked to some technical knowledge to a standard that will allow the jobholder to follow an enquiry through to closing a sale.
**Responsibilities**
- To achieve appointment levels and performance standards in relation to the assessment, energy saving bundle packages, associated products and financial solutions to ensure the business generated results in profit for the company
- To progress diligently, enquiries and sales, leads for central heating, insulation and associated products, seeking out sales potential and making the necessary contact, to generate profitable business
- To carry out a full energy assessment, initial survey of customer’s premises in order to give the customer the best advice on the most appropriate energy saving solution to meet their needs, and which enables an efficient and profitable installation to take place
- To use the IS solution systems and technology to record all information as required
- Maintain excellent customer relationships before, during and after the completion of installation work. Also work in conjunction with the wider team to speedily resolve customer complaints
- To build and maintain excellent working relationships with your local community and to manage your geographical patch to generate business growth
**Requirements**:
You must have the following as a minimum:
- Conversion rate
- Product sales
- Quality of survey and cancellation rate
- Customer Experience (net promoter score)
You will be able to demonstrate:
- At least 12 months’ experience of service provision directly to the customer, preferably in the customer’s home
- Demonstrable good planning, organising and self-management skills
- Demonstrable sales experience, preferably in the home improvements sector
- An interest in the provision of energy efficiency solutions to customers and the green/renewables market in general
- Computer literacy, which is essential to the service, and the ability to learn from various media sources
- The ability to listen to our customers and ensure we meet their requirements
- Excellent communication skills and to be of an enthusiastic nature
- The ability to be self-reliant, mature and able to demonstrate pride and effort in everything you undertake
- The ability to learn from various media sources
- The discipline and self-control to be a home-based worker
- You will need to hold a full driving licence valid for use within the UK
