About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented ICP Administrator / Coordinator to join our growing (ICP) team. You’ll play a key role in supporting the delivery of new electricity connection projects — ensuring smooth communication between clients, Distribution Network Operators (DNOs), Independent Distribution Network Operators (IDNOs), and internal delivery teams.

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and support the end-to-end administration of new electricity connection projects.
- Liaise with clients, DNOs, IDNOs, and subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of project milestones.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including design submissions, permits, and wayleaves.
- Track project progress and provide regular updates and reports to project managers.
- Support procurement and scheduling activities to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Ensure all activities adhere to technical, regulatory, and health & safety standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in utilities, power connections, or construction administration (ICP or DNO background highly desirable).
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with the ability to liaise across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) and comfortable managing project data.
- Understanding of electricity connection processes and G81 standards (advantageous but not essential).
- A positive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of GCSE or equivalent (degree or HND in Engineering, Business, or related field desirable).
- Full UK driving licence (preferred, may be required for occasional site visits).
