**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Oversee daily front of house operations, ensuring high standards of service and hospitality are maintained.
- Supervise and train staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and serving practices.
- Manage team schedules and delegate tasks effectively to ensure efficient service during peak times.
- Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and health standards.
- Assist in food production and preparation as needed, contributing to menu items and specials.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication between front of house and back of house operations.
- Monitor inventory levels for food supplies and assist with ordering as necessary.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Previous experience in serving or barista roles is advantageous.
- Familiarity with kitchen operations and food production processes is essential.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: £12.50-£14.00 per hour
