**Production Operatives - Based In Eye, Suffolk - £12.15 Per Hour - Permanent - Full Time - Rotational Shifts - Early Finish on Friday's**

Hales Group are currently seeking Production Operatives to join our successful client based in Eye, Suffolk. If you have experience working in a heavy manufacturing background, this role could be for you.

**Rotating shifts of**:
Monday to Thursday - 6.00am to 2.30pm and Friday - 6.00am to 11.30am

Monday to Thursday - 2.30pm to 11.00pm and Friday - 11.30am to 5.00pm

Total of 37.5 hours per week.

**Salary**

£12.15 per hour. Increasing to £12.93 per hour after successful completion of probation.

**Duties include**:

- Ensure that all work is completed to a high standard including self-checking and inspection of your own and colleagues' work.
- Ensure identification of components on completion of work and its placement in the correct areas.
- Operate machinery in a safe manner.
- Take part in the continuous improvement activities, to develop and improve production methods and efficiency.
- Undertake any training that is required to enhance the skills base.
- Follow the companies quality procedures.
- Accurately complete job bookings through the computer entry operating systems.
- Promote excellence in terms of personal and plant safety and approach through personal conduct.
- Maintain an ongoing awareness of the current Fire Safety and Evacuation procedures.
- Reporting any equipment issues to Team Leader/Maintenance Supervisor.
- Carry out basic quality and testing checks.
- Maintaining your work area and equipment in a clean, orderly and safe condition.

**Experience required**:

- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in working on a production line.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to use your own initiative to high standard.
- Be able to work under instruction.
- Be able to offer flexibility due to work shifts.
