**12 Months - 18 months**

STOIX are pleased to be working with a Global Technology Organisation who are imminently about to launch a 18 - 24 month Finance Transformation Programme, focused on developing the entire process topography for finance and delivering a new target operatingmodel.

The Transformation Director is building out functional areas now and immediately requires the support of a PMO lead to own and continually develop the overall integrated programme plan, holding to account the delivery teams, closely monitors risks and workingwith the various workstream leads and CXO to ensure resource and budget requirements are fit for purpose.

**Assignment Highlights**:

- Taking ownership of the overall programme plan, implementing a robust tracking framework in conjunction with delivery teams.
- Holding to account the delivery teams ensuring each workstreams plan is robust, realistic and works in conjunction with resource and budget restrictions.
- Identifying and carry out replanning of the programme time frame and logistics, after relevant exploratory work is completed and/or at various intervals throughout the programme to recapture all outstanding requirements.
- Building a strong governance structure across the programme to instil confidence in the leadership teams and SteerCo.

It is essential this new appointee is an experienced Finance Transformation Professional with strong PMO experience, leading on large scale, complex, often ambiguous programmes and workstreams with the ability to engage, challenge and advise senior leadershipand delivery teams to achieve a common goal.
