Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. As a Handy Man, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. This is a part-time position working Mon-Fri mornings only.

**Duties**:

- Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, equipment, and systems
- Conduct routine inspections to identify any issues or potential hazards
- Repair or replace broken or faulty components
- Testing fire alarm systems according to schedules
- Maintain plumbing systems, including repairing leaks and unclogging drains
- Address any maintenance concerns promptly

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of various maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry. Superior knowledge in one category would be beneficial.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to identify issues and find effective solutions
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to work to schedule and perform maintenance task on time.
- Customer service-oriented mindset to address maintenance concerns promptly
