Purple Dragon isn't just your typical family members' club; it's a magical haven where families escape the hustle and bustle of big city life to create unforgettable moments together. **Job Title**: Meet & Greet (Door Man/Woman) **Reporting To**: Concierge Manager, Assistant General Manager, General Manager **Your Mission**:As a Meet & Greet Associate at Purple Dragon Chelsea, you'll play a vital role in bringing our vision to life. You're the guardian of our members' happiness and the key to creating seamless, worry-free experiences. Your mission is to make every family's visit unforgettable, including checking in our members correctly, being the first point of contact and the first impression. **Your Adventure Awaits**: - Greet our members and visitors, following our impeccable Standards of Service. Effortlessly manage club access and check-in/check-out members. - Ensuring everyone abides by our Club's Terms & Conditions. - Make sure children are not left unattended when leaving or checking in the club. - Ensure things are kept properly, like buggies, and organise the cloakroom neatly. **Skills & Experience Needed**: - Minimum 1 year of work experience as a Door man, Receptionist, Reservations, Sales, or Memberships associate in a 5-star hotel, Members Club, upscale Education, Hospitality, or Retail setting (essential). - Practical knowledge of how Reception and Concierge departments work. - Multilingual skills (desiredabe). **Your Persona**: - Your ability to connect with children and adults alike. - Exceptional communication skills. - Patient, caring, and the epitome of great manners. - Grace under pressure. - Problem-solver. - Organisational skills. **Job Specifics**: - Hourly pay: £13.85 per hour, plus a non-contractual Monthly Service Charge, based on days worked. - You will be scheduled to work weekends (5 x 9-hour shifts). - The club opens at 9:30 am and closes at 7 pm, so no early or late shifts are required.
