Spire Healthcare's Norwich Hospital have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Radiology team. This role will suit someone who would like a challenging and busy role with plenty of variety.

Spire Norwich Hospital holds a long-standing reputation for providing high quality, comprehensive private hospital care. Our facilities are excellent and the hospital is staffed by a valued team of highly skilled professionals. We have 4 theatres, 2 wards, comprising of 50 beds, and deliver a range of outpatient services through our busy and dynamic outpatient and diagnostic imaging departments providing a progressive and stimulating environment for our highly motivated team.

**Responsibilities**:
'¢ To provide day to day patient administration support within designated areas as required ensuring that daily tasks are completed to a high level of service both to internal and external customers

'¢ To provide admin support as required to clinical, finance and sales team as required

'¢ To provide admin support as required to support the management of Medical Records in accordance with Spire Policy, incorporating efficient filing processes, access to records and adherence to audit requirements

'¢ To support an effective booking process in SAP/ Hospital Management System to process the completion of patient pathway from referral to discharge including any admin associated with referral management, waiting list management, pre-op and discharge

'¢ Undertake daily task lists for any administration department

'¢ Use of RIS and /or associated clinical systems

Essential

'¢ Someone who is highly organised and accurate and works well to tight deadlines

'¢ Experience in a similar environment would be beneficial but by no means necessary as full training will be provided

'¢ An excellent communicator

'¢ Experienced in using an in house computer software package

'¢ A team player confident in interacting across a diverse range of people
