Gerrard White have been retained by **Whitehead Monckton**, in search of their new Commercial Property Senior Associate Solicitor. Joining either their Maidstone or Canterbury office, with hybrid working options, the successful Commercial PropertySenior Associate Solicitor will be able to combine high quality work with an excellent work-life balance.
The successful Commercial Property Senior Associate Solicitor will join a well respected team, with excellent support (Paralegals, Secretaries and IT) in place. The culture is one which is friendly and supportive with a large amount of investment into professionaland personal development, along with extensive support from Management.
Whilst full-time would be preferred, part-time hours may be accommodated.
The successful Commercial Property Senior Associate Solicitor will be responsible for a mixed case load comprising:

- Lease work - drafting, extension and renewals
- Development work
- Some agricultural work
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Refinance work/secured lending

The successful Commercial Property Senior Associate Solicitor will offer the following skill set/back ground:

- Qualified Solicitor (admitted to the roll and permitted to practice in England and Wales) - ideally 5-12 year PQE
- Strong technical skills
- Ideally a career motivated individual
- Keen team player
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A willingness to develop and mentor/train junior members of the team
- Demonstrate a clear commercial awareness
- Have local links to Kent and the surrounding area - essential
