As a Senior HR Advisor, you will play a crucial role in developing and enhancing our HR profile, while offering expert advice, coaching, and support to our leaders in all aspects of people management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Building Relationships**: You will establish and cultivate strong relationships with our leaders, acting as their trusted advisor. Your guidance and support will enable them to effectively manage their teams and drive employee engagement.
- **Payroll Support**: Working closely with our HR Administrator, you will assist with payroll processes, including instructions for joiners, leavers, salary changes, annual pay reviews, bonuses, and more. Your attention to detail and adherence to deadlines will ensure accurate and timely payroll execution.
- **Performance & Development Review**: You will ensure the effective adherence to our Performance & Development Review process, utilizing our HRIS (currently BambooHR) to roll out the process to all employees. Your expertise in performance management will contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
- **Recruitment and Selection**: As a seasoned HR professional, you will provide expert advice and recommendations on all HR practices related to recruitment and selection. Your insights will help us attract and retain top talent to drive our company's success.
- **Staying Current**: You will keep abreast of any changes in employment law and company policies, as well as best practices and trends across the UK. Your knowledge will be instrumental in ensuring our HR practices remain compliant and aligned with industry standards.
- **Restructure Support**: During restructure projects, you will play a key role in providing support, including cost analysis, facilitating the consultation process, and preparing accompanying redundancy documentation. Your strategic input will help us navigate change effectively.
- **Pension Scheme and Employee Benefits**: You will oversee the administration of our company's pension scheme, ensuring compliance with requirements set by The Pensions Regulator. Additionally, you will manage our Death in Service scheme, ensuring the submission and safe storage of named nominees. Your attention to detail will ensure our employees' financial well-being.
- **GDPR Compliance and HRIS Management**: Maintaining accurate employee records while ensuring GDPR compliance will be one of your responsibilities. You will effectively manage our HRIS (BambooHR), promoting its continuous use among all employees to streamline HR processes.
- **Employee Initiatives and Projects**: Assisting the Head of HR, you will contribute to benefit reviews and suggest employee initiatives and projects. Your creativity and strategic thinking will help us create a positive and engaging work environment.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role, with a strong focus on people management and HR best practices.
- Solid knowledge of employment law and regulations, as well as current industry trends.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and payroll processes.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
