- Be based in Wakefield during office hours (with additional on-call on a rotational basis)
- Responsible for all aspects of Electronic Call Monitoring (ECM) for the area
- Responsible for monitoring logins on Careplanner to ensure carers have logged into care calls using the correct login method and taking action where this may not be the case
- Responsible for monitoring logins on Careplanner to ensure carers have logged into care calls within 30 minutes of the planned start time and (where this isn't the case) contacting service users and carers to co-ordinate a timely response
- Responsible for analysing ECM data and identifying trends and patterns (for example why some carers are consistently late for calls) and taking action to address this
- Responsible to monitoring call durations to ensure person-centred care and quality standards are met
- Responsible for auditing ECM Performance Reports on a weekly and monthly basis prior to these being submitted to the local authority
- Attending local authority contract meetings where required at the request of Branch and Senior Management
- Compiling internal ECM reports for the Senior Management Team/Board of Directors on a monthly basis

They will report directly to the Branch Manager to ensure all ECM requirements are met with local authority contracts.

They must have care co-ordinator experience in the domiciliary care sector (min 1 year essential)

Desirable would be experience as a care co in the Wakefield area using Careplanner or similar electronic system for call monitoring

Salary £25K pa with additional payment for on-call duties where required, and be able to work every other weekend if needed on this basis.
