We're looking for a Trainer to join our business systems and process team based in Basingstoke.

**Location**: Centenary House, Basingstoke - remote working available, with occasional travel to the office required

**Contract**: 12 month fixed term contract, 37.5 hours per week

**What will you be responsible for?**

Your day to day will include:

- Delivery of system and process orientated training via teams and face to face in either a classroom environment or one on one scenarios.
- Production and enhancement of all training material to support delivery of training, evaluation, post training refresher and self-learning across multiple media methods including documents, videos, and e-learning platform.
- Continually seek ways to improve service.
- Support the business analyst with process maturity activities and documentation, including the development of process maps and standard operating procedures.

**What are we looking for?**

This role of Trainer is great for you if:

- Strong experience with working with video editing tools e.g. Adobe Premier, Camtasia.
- Experience with building and developing training materials and courses on a Learning Management System LMS.
- Excellent and demonstrable communicator with experience working in a system and process-based training role
