**Position**: Bank Support Worker

**Salary**: £9.75 - £10.20 per hour + £1000 Welcome Bonus

**Service**: Supported Living, Hastings

About the Role

Our transitional service in Hastings, East Sussex, provides a modern, stylish supported living accommodation for young adults who have learning disabilities, autism and additional complex and challenging needs. The service has been developed as a result of need and demand for this type of setting in the local area.

It is beneficial for individuals who are coming through transition from a children’s service or for those who have just finished college where a supported living service would be preferred. Individuals may also be moving out of home, or someone could be living in a residential service ready for the next level of independence.

You’ll be responsible for supporting an inclusive lifestyle within the community as individuals attend local colleges or day trips out. Develop greater independence and daily living skills by assisting with the upkeep of the service, preparing meals, shopping and domestic duties. Providing help with personal care such as washing, bathing and dressing whilst working across various shift patterns including early, late and weekend or night shifts. Full time and part time positions are available.
