The Business Change Analyst reports to Business Change Lead, with the primary focus of supporting in ensuring all aspects of client and internal change projects are formally accepted by the business, communicated internally and externally, users are trained,and the associated training materials and operating model changes are embedded. This includes new technology platform delivery as well as changes to existing solutions.
This role can be based in any of our TAS offices - Redhill, Leeds or Welwyn, we are able to offer a hybrid working pattern with time spent in the office and time at home.
**The Role**:

- Support the successful delivery of the organisational change acceptance and implementation success of the Programme as defined by Business Design Authority.
- Work with WTW internal teams to publicise the new capability and promote changes with internal processes associated with the agreed business case.
- Optimise the timing of the release of project deliverables into business operations.
- Ensure that maximum improvements are made in existing and new business operations as groups of projects deliver their products into operational use.
- Support on transition management, ensuring that business as usual is maintained during the transition and the changes are effectively integrated into the business.
- Support client take up and migration planning to analyse client data and communicate requirements with external and internal parties.
- Support the management of go-live efficiency, defect resolution, prompt transition to business-as-usual operation.
- Maintain a constant focus on ease of administration post implementation, highlighting any potential impacts as and when they are identified.

**The Requirements**:

- Have some knowledge of relevant management and business change techniques such as business process modeling and re-engineering.
- Have effective marketing and communication skills to sell the strategic change vision to staff at all levels of the organisation.
- Experience overcoming resistance to change and demonstrating the ability to gain trust and understand the issues that matter to people most.
- Ability to give and receive information clearly and concisely, and to encourage open dialogue by listening and engaging in debate as appropriate to create ownership and commitment.
- Must have the ability to support in challenging the status quo on ways of traditional working
