We have an exciting opportunity to recruit an engaging and proactive Senior Marketing Executive to join the team at our head office in Glasgow city centre. The role of Senior Marketing Executive involves working closely with the Head of Marketing and Head of Digital as well as the other marketing team to plan, develop and implement the company’s overall marketing strategy.

In addition to the Optical Express brand you will also work on a number of additional brands within the Group including ACES and Larkhall Circuit.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Owner of organic social media strategy for a number of the Group’s brands across multiple social media channels including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube & TikTok for both consumer and recruitment marketing.
- Direct and support internal and external designers and suppliers in the production of online and offline marketing assets.
- Work closely with company videographers to develop content ideas, plan shoot days, edit and review video content.
- Collaborative working with several departments and colleagues across the business on various company projects.
- Event planning and management for multiple company events throughout the year.
- Additional ad-hoc marketing requests.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Degree level or equivalent qualification
- Proven experience in a similar marketing role either within an agency or in-house team

- Demonstrate successful delivery of marketing strategies
- Project management experience
- Presentation skills
- Taking a lead role in the planning, development, and implementation of complex projects
- Strong analytical skills: ability to analyse data and draw out key insights, identifying implications for strategy and planning
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Adaptable with a flexible approach to work
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- Strong communicator with proven influencing skills
