**Tractor driver / GFW**

Required on 1800 acre dairy, arable and beef farm near Taunton Somerset.

We are looking for a person to take on the feeding of our dairy herds and youngstock.

700 Autumn calving dairy cows (2 herds)

750 dairy heifers and beef cattle

550 acres of arable cropping

All operations carried out in house with a modern fleet of John Deere equipment utilizing greenstar.

The role involves the TMR feeding of the 2 dairies plus youngstock along with some field work duties, mainly some cultivations and silage carting or buckraking, depending on experience but training can be given.

You will be using a JD 6175 plus a new Kuhn Proline 24 cube mixer wagon and JCB telehandlers. The role involves the management of clamps and feed stores and close communications with our 2 herdsman.

Working as a part of a team of 9 you must also show a good understanding of stock related work.

Pay will be reflective of experience.
