**Daily tasks could include**:

- **Driving to and from activities, appointments etc.**:

- **Teaching basic life skills.**:

- **Support in the community and/or education.**:

- **Maintain high standards of care at all times.**:

- **Following all policies and procedures.**

The young people have often experienced trauma and may have attachment disorders, challenging behaviours and learning difficulties. We offer them an understanding, through meaningful relationships aimed at keeping them safe and able to enjoy the world around them. We desire excellent listening skills to fully understand their views, wishes and feelings whilst always remaining completely professional at all times.

The role is extremely rewarding but it can have its challenges and you will need to show patience, resilience, self-motivation, and determination however, the personal rewards are vast.

The position is flexible/causal working, and you can choose your days however you must be able to commit to **one or more** of the following shifts patterns; 8am-11pm, 3pm-11pm, sleep ins and waking nights. Minimum requirement: One day per week.

**Salary**: £10.42-£12.75 per hour
